Job Description
BCBA – School Setting (Full-Time) | Merced, CA
Amergis Staffing is seeking 2 full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support a school-based program for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details:
• Start Date: July 20, 2026
• Schedule: 40 hours/week (7:30 AM – 4:00/8:00am - 4:30 PM)
• Contract Length: 38 weeks
• Caseload: 45–50 students (mix of general education & IEPs)
• Sessions: ~25 sessions per week + additional responsibilities
Role Overview:
• Provide BCBA services across a diverse student population
• Support both general education and special education (IEP) programs
• Spend the first 2 hours of the day in an SDC classroom (phasing out in second semester)
• Collaborate with school staff and leadership to support student success
Requirements:
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Interview Process:
• Interview with SPED Director (in-person preferred)
