The Outpatient Therapist will conduct group therapy as well as some individual and family therapy. Will create treatment plans and updates as part of an interdisciplinary team approach. The Outpatient Therapist will specifically working with the Child and Adolescent populations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work or a clinically related mental health field.

_*Experience:_* Program Therapist prefers two (2) years clinical experience in a psychiatric facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills. This time in the field can include practicum and internship studies or work at a mental health institution while an undergraduate.
License: Program Therapist preferred to be licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT, in Indiana, or eligible to work toward independent licensure. Experience in the field with appropriate education will be acceptable.
Additional Requirements: CPR certification and CPI training prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. The Therapist must be willing to work 8:30a-4:30p and possibly some flexible hours. This is an exempt salaried position.
Will practice SERVICE EXCELLENCE on a daily basis!!!
