Responsibilities

• •We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispensary Technician to support daily dispensing operations and ensure the safe and accurate preparation of products
• •The Dispensary Technician plays a key role in assisting with inventory control, labeling, packaging, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards
• •As a Dispensary Technician, you will work closely with pharmacists or supervisors to ensure that all products are handled with precision and care

• •In this role, the Dispensary Technician will be responsible for preparing orders, verifying product information, and ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate

• •Daily responsibilities of the Dispensary Technician include measuring, labeling, and packaging products according to established procedures
• •The Dispensary Technician will also maintain accurate records and assist in tracking inventory levels
• •As a Dispensary Technician, you will ensure that all items are stored properly and that stock is rotated to prevent expiration or waste
• •The Dispensary Technician will interact with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and address any discrepancies

• •Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff
• •Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist
• •Orders, receives, and stores incoming pharmacy supplies
• •Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders
• •Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records
• •Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
• •Performs various clerical duties relating to the department
• •Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills
• •Ability to make deliveries as needed
