  • The Dispensary Technician plays a key role in assisting with inventory control, labeling, packaging, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards
  • As a Dispensary Technician, you will work closely with pharmacists or supervisors to ensure that all products are handled with precision and care
  • The ideal Dispensary Technician is highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • In this role, the Dispensary Technician will be responsible for preparing orders, verifying product information, and ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate

  • Daily responsibilities of the Dispensary Technician include measuring, labeling, and packaging products according to established procedures
  • The Dispensary Technician will also maintain accurate records and assist in tracking inventory levels
  • As a Dispensary Technician, you will ensure that all items are stored properly and that stock is rotated to prevent expiration or waste
  • The Dispensary Technician will interact with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and address any discrepancies
  • Strong communication skills are essential for a Dispensary Technician, as the role requires collaboration and timely reporting of issues
  • The Dispensary Technician must also adhere to strict compliance standards and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff
  • Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist
  • Orders, receives, and stores incoming pharmacy supplies
  • Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders
  • Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records
  • Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
  • Performs various clerical duties relating to the department
  • Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make deliveries as needed
