Senior Manager Clinical Trials

Managing all aspects of clinical trials, the full-time Senior Manager Clinical Trials will oversee clinical operations staff, implement study protocols, and ensure effective site management while working remotely. Key responsibilities Implement clinical trial activities per study protocol and collaborate with investigative site personnel, CROs, and vendors Manage and coach clinical research staff and oversee study contracting, budgeting, and payment processes Design study-related documents and monitor clinical trial progress, providing status updates to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred 5-10 years of clinical research experience with at least 3-5 years in a leading role managing clinical trials 2+ years of experience managing staff, with a preference for experience in managing CROs Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of clinical trials independently, including study design and site management
