Position Summary

ABSI is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in:
• Program design and implementation
• Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Behavior Intervention Plan development
• Report writing and documentation
• Goal development and data analysis
• Parent training and support
• Staff supervision and leadership

Open availability is required to meet the needs of our clients and families.

Qualifications

Required Education & Certification:
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Active BCBA certification (BACB)

Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Additional Requirements:
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and current car insurance (driving required)
• Willingness to travel 30–60+ miles as needed to serve clients
• Ability to work in home, school, and clinical environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, push a wheelchair, and work in various weather conditions
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Out of state travel as needed to ensure client success

Responsibilities
