Job Overview

Are you passionate about supporting students and ready to grow your career in behavioral health? We are hiring RBT Trainees who have strong classroom experience and are eager to become certified Registered Behavior Technicians.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to advance in the field of ABA but need support completing the RBT training and certification process. We sponsor your training, guide you through certification, and increase your pay to $26–$30/hr once you become an RBT.

You’ll work directly with students in school settings—either 1:1 or in small groups—helping implement behavior support strategies that promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Support students in 1:1 or classroom settings
• Implement behavior strategies under the guidance of a BCBA
• Collect and document behavioral data
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams
• Attend training sessions and team meetings
• Apply CPI techniques to manage and de-escalate behaviors
• Maintain student safety and well-being

Pathway to RBT Certification

We provide:
• 40-hour RBT training course (paid for by us)
• Supervision and competency assessment
• Guidance through the BACB application process
• Support preparing for the RBT exam

Once you pass the exam and become certified, your pay automatically increases to $26–$30/hr.
