This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to advance in the field of ABA but need support completing the RBT training and certification process. We sponsor your training, guide you through certification, and increase your pay to $26–$30/hr once you become an RBT.
You’ll work directly with students in school settings—either 1:1 or in small groups—helping implement behavior support strategies that promote positive outcomes.

• Supervision and competency assessment
• Guidance through the BACB application process
• Support preparing for the RBT exam
Once you pass the exam and become certified, your pay automatically increases to $26–$30/hr.
