oard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Job Summary:
As an RBT at One Behavioral, you will work directly with clients in an outpatient clinic setting, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans to help improve their communication, social, and daily living skills.Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and report findings to the BCBA.
• Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
Requirements:
• RBT certification (40-hour RBT training, competency assessment, and RBT exam).
• High school diploma or higher (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred).
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in an ABA therapy setting.
• Familiarity with data collection software (e.g., Catalyst, CentralReach).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
