d youth in home and community settings, empowering families, and improving outcomes. Our Behavior Technician team is passionate about using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to make a lasting impact.
Position Overview
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct ABA therapy to children and youth (ages 2–21) in their homes and community environments. You’ll work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that support social, behavioral, and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• * Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to youth ages 2–21 in home and community settings.
• * Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by a BCBA.
• * Collect and record data on client progress using designated systems.
• * Support clients with communication, social, and functional living skills.
• * Maintain regular communication with supervisors, families, and team members.
• * Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision sessions.
• * Flexible scheduling options (full-time or part-time).
• * Free 40-hour RBT training and support toward certification.
• * Paid onboarding and supervision hours toward BCBA licensure.
• * Mobile documentation system – no paper forms.
• * Professional development and advancement pathways.
• * Associate’s or higher preferred
• * Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
• * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow clinical guidance.
• * Willingness to complete RBT certification and ongoing professional training.
• * Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned region.
• * Registered Behavior Technicians will be in good standing with the BACB and comply with all regulations set forth under the RBT certification.
• * Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer).
• * Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• * Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• * Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis.
• * Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
