ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and support Behavior Interventionists
• Conduct and oversee Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide ongoing staff training, modeling, and support
• Monitor data collection, treatment fidelity, and clinical quality
• Conduct weekly case visits and caregiver training sessions
• Complete progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in monthly clinical meetings and professional development activities
• Ensure timely submission of billing, clinical notes, and other required materials
• Address clinical concerns and conduct internal quality assurance checks
• Maintain consistent communication with all members of the care team

QUALFICATIONS:
• Masters degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
• Enrollment in a BCBA program or actively accruing supervision hours (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred), but not required
• Prior clinical experience in ABA
• Experience using ABA data collection and program management platforms
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and provide TB clearance
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance
