Job Description

Behavior Analysis (ABA). Overview of the Role As a BCBA at AGES Learning Solutions, you will guide the development and execution of personalized behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities Assessment : Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services; analyze data and monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans.

collaborate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive and consistent interventions across home, school, and clinic settings.

Supervision & Leadership : Provide ongoing supervision, support, and training to Behavior Technicians while upholding ethical and professional standards; conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback; Staff Training & Coaching : Provide initial and ongoing training for new hires and Behavior Technicians on ABA principles, intervention techniques, and session management; create and maintain training materials; keep detailed records of training activities and evaluations.

Professional Development : Stay current with ABA research and best practices through continuing education opportunities; contribute to clinic growth through participation in quality improvement initiatives and potential research activities.

Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.

Sign-on bonus: $Annual performance bonus: $Monthly performance bonus up to $500 for achieving targeted billable hours.

Hourly bonus up to $60 per hour for exceeding billable hour targets.
