Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions to students with behavioral needs
• Implement and monitor behavior modification plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and document data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student development
• Adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of students across grades K-12
Qualifications and Experience:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings
• Ability to engage with students across multiple age groups: Early Childhood to Grade 12
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining student confidentiality
Additional Details:
• Start date: Immediate
• Contract duration: Through the end of the current school year
• Weekly hours: 30; 5 days per week
• Caseload: 1:1 behavioral support
• Location: Nampa, Idaho

Responsibilities
- •Provide specialized support as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting
