• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights regarding speech and language goals

Desired Qualifications:
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working within a school setting preferred
