What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll support children as they navigate their developmental journey. Working closely alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll provide personalized, one-on-one assistance to help children cultivate vital communication, social, and daily living skills. Every day, you'll witness the incredible progress these children make, knowing that you've played a crucial part in their growth. We have client locations all throughout Maryland.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• We're seeking individuals who embody patience, compassion, and strong teamwork skills.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess own transportation.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification is required within 45 days of completing onboarding requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will include providing in-home therapy for children, building meaningful connections with clients and their families, documenting therapy sessions, and maintaining open communication with supervisors.
Additionally, you'll participate in supervision meetings and complete the necessary training to obtain your RBT certification within 45 days.
