We work with all major commercial insurances and private pay. No Medicaid Provider ID necessary.
One on One Behavioral Services is a company started and run by a passionate BCBA that understands the needs of her staff. We are a small company that can provide individual oversight, supervision, and training. We are looking for a motivated and passionate RBT who is seeking growth within the field of behavior analysis. The RBT must be willing to work in the child's home setting and at schools or daycares.
About this role:
As an RBT, your role will be the most fulfilling. You will be working one-on-one with your clients and will be given the credit deserved when progress is achieved! Unlimited support will be provided on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
• Familiarity with the RBT Task List
• Familiarity with the RBT Ethical Guidelines
• Work 1:1 in the home or school setting
• Accurate data collection
• Completion of daily SOAP notes
• Attend meetings and trainings
• Maintain open lines of communication with BCBA regarding clients
Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification
• At least 12 months of experience working with children
• Associates degree or higher
• Experience with children aged 2-12 with Autism
• Local police clearance and Level 2 clearance
• Active CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Active HIV/AIDS, HIPAA, OSHA, and Zero Tolerance certification
• Fluent in English (Preferred Second Language: Spanish)
• Reliable transportation and smart phone
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills
• Open to feedback
