Job Summary

At Pivotal Parenting Support, we're dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. We're seeking a passionate and experienced Behavior Technician to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our clients.
Job Responsibilities
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans effectively
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on individuals' lives
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
