Our services include, but not limited to direct therapy, supervision, ARD completions, Individual Evaluations/Assessments, nursing, assistance within the classroom environments. We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to treat speech and language disorders. This role requires expertise in pediatric speech therapy and acute care settings.
• *Duties:**
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued improvement
• *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure as a Speech Therapist Assiatant
- Experience working with pediatric patients - preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy
- Familiarity with acute care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
