Must be available to support the hours of Monday-Friday 2:30pm-7:00pm and
Bimonthly on Saturdays from 9:00-5:00
Responsibilities
• Welcome clients, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer phones, emails, and assist with scheduling
• Keep the front office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
• Update and maintain electronic client records
• Support administrative and clinical teams with daily operations
• Occasionally assist with client sessions under supervision (paid training
provided!)
• Help make sure our clinic is a safe, positive, and supportive environment
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual (Preferred/Required)
• 6+ months of administrative or customer service experience (preferred, not
required)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and reliability
• Enjoys helping others and thrives in a team setting
