Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI
• Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering for LLMs
• Experience in connecting and integrating LLMs using APIs or SDKs
• Practical experience with Agentic AI (autonomous agents, task orchestration, tool usage)
• Knowledge and implementation experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Ability to build, test, and deploy Gen AI‑based solutions or POCs
• Experience handling real‑world data and contextual grounding for LLM responses
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and implement effective prompts for various Gen AI use cases
• Integrate and manage LLMs within applications and workflows
• Develop and maintain Agentic AI systems for task execution and decision making
• Implement and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) to ensure proper context handling
• Build and execute proofs of concept (POCs) and production‑ready Gen AI solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Gen AI integrations and dependencies
• Participate in production support calls during critical issues and outages
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth Gen AI solution delivery
Generic Managerial Skills
• No formal managerial responsibilities required
• Must be capable of:
• Managing and leading production calls
• Coordinating with dependent teams during critical incidents
• Providing technical guidance and hand‑holding when required
