Job Description

This position is responsible for ensuring implementation of ABA therapy services in accordance with best clinical practices.nbsp;/ppbr/Clinical Services/polliResponsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive behavioral assessments and behavioral treatment programs for children, their families, and their community caregivers/liliManage coordination of case management activities/liliProvide regular training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs/liliResponsible for providing clinically and ethically appropriate supervision and training of Registered Behavior Techniciansnbsp;/liliAbility to travel independently to clients’ homes and other community locations/liliCompletes daily session notes and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent and timely manner/liliMaintenance of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Portal including updating continuing education and updating supervision of Registered Behavior Techniciansnbsp;nbsp;/liliAssist with Registered Behavior Technician competencies/liliOther tasks required as a BCBA providing services to clients in the a Home and Community setting.nbsp;/li/olpAdministrative/polliTimely completion all paperwork and phone contacts to caregivers, funding sources, outside agencies and schools (as appropriate) regarding treatment and development of treatment plans, goals, and objectives/liliTimely response to all internal and external audit requests/li/olpProfessional Conduct/polliEstablish effective clinical and ethical relationships with clients and families, and maintain appropriate boundaries/liliEstablish and maintain professional and ethical working relationships with staff and in collaborations with funding sources, community agencies, schools, medical practices, and other therapy providers/liliComply with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts/li/olpbr//ppRequirements/ppnbsp;Qualifications/Educational Requirements:nbsp;nbsp;/polliMaster’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education/special education, or a related field/liliBCBA Certification required and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board/liliLicensed BCBA/liliDemonstrated competency in the current Behavior Analyst Certification Board Task List/liliExcellent time management and organizational skills/liliEffective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills/liliPossess a Valid Driver’s license/liliProficient with Microsoft suite/liliClear background check/liliClear abuse registry check/li/ol
