Job Description
$2.00 per hour for weekend and holiday shifts

Your Responsibilities:
• Engage children through playful activities while implementing individualized treatment plans
• Observe, play, and collect data to write detailed progress notes
• Assist children in acquiring crucial life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills
• Work collaboratively with children to transform challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
• Make a positive impact on a child's life!
Desired Skills and Qualities:
• Prior paid experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA) preferred
• High energy, playful, creative, and quick-thinking
• Reliable and dependable - a trusted support for clients and their families
• Physical ability to regularly get up and down from the floor and move swiftly
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Willingness to learn, work independently, and provide exceptional care
• A passion for using evidence-based methods grounded in science
