Job Description
this unique role, you will work directly with young learners and their families, working with a team of RBTs, BTs, or mid-level staff, implementing the three-tiered model to deliver both evidence-based caregiver coaching and direct ABA services. This hands-on approach allows you to provide consistent, high-quality, evidence-based interventions while empowering caregivers with the tools and strategies needed to support their loved ones growth and success during their most critical developmental years.
Position: Part-time or full-time available In In-person Behavior Analyst,
Responsibilities:
• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments
• Provide One-to-One Parent Coaching
• Model the implementation of individualized ABA
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team
• Develop Behavior Support Plans
• Train and Supervise Caregiver
• Monitor Progress and Adjust Interventions:
• Maintain Documentation
Compensation:
Your hourly rate for this position will be $ 77-83 per hour or a 105K-115K Yearly Salary.
As a full-time employee, you will be paid on a bi-weekly basis, and your hours will be tracked and submitted to our payroll department.
