Qualifications
- •Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- •Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience
- •Strong interest in clinical research and/or aesthetics
- •Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
- •Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- •Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- •Exposure to industry-sponsored clinical trials and cutting-edge treatments
- •California RN license?

Responsibilities
- •The role combines hands-on involvement in clinical trials with aesthetic patient care, offering a rare opportunity to build a diverse and specialized skill set
- •Conduct and support study visits, including vitals, ECGs, blood draws, and specimen handling
- •Assist with participant recruitment, pre-screening, and scheduling
- •Ensure accurate and timely source documentation in accordance with GCP standards
- •Monitor participant safety and communicate any adverse events appropriately
- •Collaborate closely with investigators, sponsors, and CROs to support study execution
- •Aesthetics Practice
- •Work alongside the physician to deliver non-invasive aesthetic treatments, including body contouring procedures
- •Provide patient education, set expectations, and guide post-treatment care
- •Deliver a high-touch, professional patient experience
- •Maintain clinical standards for safety, hygiene, and equipment readiness
