Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience
  • Strong interest in clinical research and/or aesthetics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Exposure to industry-sponsored clinical trials and cutting-edge treatments
  • California RN license?

Responsibilities

  • The role combines hands-on involvement in clinical trials with aesthetic patient care, offering a rare opportunity to build a diverse and specialized skill set
  • Conduct and support study visits, including vitals, ECGs, blood draws, and specimen handling
  • Assist with participant recruitment, pre-screening, and scheduling
  • Ensure accurate and timely source documentation in accordance with GCP standards
  • Monitor participant safety and communicate any adverse events appropriately
  • Collaborate closely with investigators, sponsors, and CROs to support study execution
  • Aesthetics Practice
  • Work alongside the physician to deliver non-invasive aesthetic treatments, including body contouring procedures
  • Provide patient education, set expectations, and guide post-treatment care
  • Deliver a high-touch, professional patient experience
