Job Description
Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our center in Malverne, NY.
Founded in 2015 by BCBAs and LCSWs, ABS has a strong history of supporting children and their families through evidence based ABA therapy that builds communication, independence, and daily living skills.
This role is center based, meaning all sessions take place at our Malverne location.

Case 1
Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Case 2
Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Case 3
Saturday, Sunday: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Case 4
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Case 5
Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Case 6
Monday: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Thursday – Friday: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Case 7
Tuesday, Thursday: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Case 8
Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Additional cases are pending insurance approval and may become available soon.
Behavior Technician Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with a student in our Malverne center
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Use ABA strategies such as prompting, reinforcement, modeling, and redirection
• Track student progress and complete session notes
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and the clinical team
Preferred Background
• Psychology
• Applied Behavior Analysis
• Special Education
• Speech Pathology
• Occupational Therapy
• Experience working with children
RBT certification is a plus but not required.
