• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Ensure a well-organized and smoothly functioning classroom.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing updates on their children’s progress and achievements.
• Guide students toward independence and personal growth.
• Prepare daily correspondence for parents.
• Complete quarterly progress reports on student development.
