Your position details:
• Full-Time: Mon - Fri. 9:00am - 5:00pm, may be assigned to cover IOP groups when needed, some schedule flexibility REQUIRED

Your goals and objectives include:
• Initial contact for patients and referral sources
• Providing clinical assessment and determination of ongoing clinical needs
• Provides telephonic risk assessment and in-person clinical assessment
• Determines appropriate level of care by providing DSM V diagnosis and consulting with the hospital psychiatrist to determine disposition.
• Facilities the admission process and provides appropriate clinical information for ongoing treatment.
• As needed, assists outpatient therapists with delivery of group sessions
• Completing psycho-social assessments, treatment plans, discharge plans, and other clinical related duties
Qualifications
Your qualifications and requirements will include:
• Master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling REQUIRED
• Unrestricted and valid Utah license REQUIRED (CSW, ACMHC, LCSW, LCHMC)
• Minimum 2 years' of post-graduate related experience in psychiatric or substance abuse treatment required.
• Experience in settings that include outpatient (IOP) or partial hospitalization (PHP) PREFERRED
• Familiarity with managed health care process, medical terminology, experience in case management, discharge planning, and/or utilization review preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older and able to pass thorough background check and drug screen
