Responsibilities
• Design and implement ABA therapy programs for children with ASD in a home-based setting
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Supervise and train Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing documentation
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA therapy and industry developments
Requirements
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a home-based setting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
