Position Highlights:
• Pay Range: $22–$25/hr, based on education level & years certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Paid drive time between same-day client sessions
• Schedule: part‑time hours with the ability to transition to full-time as we grow
• Setting: In-home and community-based services
• Clients: Children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ages 0–21)
• Great opportunity for students pursuing BCBA fieldwork hours, strong supervision and support provided!

Requirements:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, ABA, education, or a related field-preferred
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client homes and community settings-Required
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks
• Active CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs, and engage in active play, including running when needed
• Comfortable working independently while receiving supportive, responsive supervision weekly
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to make a real difference
