As a Full-Time ABA Pediatric Behavior Technician at GulfSouth Autism Center, you will work directly with clients to implement behavior intervention plans crafted by a supervisor. Your role will involve teaching essential new skills, such as communication and social interaction, while providing one-on-one support tailored to each child's unique needs. By following the treatment plan meticulously, you will actively contribute to the development of crucial life skills in the children you support. Additionally, your responsibilities will include collecting and tracking data on client progress to ensure each child's journey is both effective and rewarding. This position allows you to make a significant difference in the lives of children while building your expertise in the field of behavioral health.
