Ability to work in-person in Eagan, MN (hybrid optional after onboarding). Evening availability (preferred). Preferred Experience supervising BTs and writing treatment plans. Comfortable working in a smaller, fast-growing ABA program. Additional Information Must be able to commute or relocate to Eagan, MN 55121. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist with regular audits to ensure we are in compliance
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure correct implementation of treatment protocols
  • Conduct assessments (FBA, preference assessments, skill assessments) and summarize findings clearly
  • Create and update BIPs and skill acquisition programs
  • Review data and graphs to make data-driven decisions
  • Provide parent training on ABA principles and behavior strategies
  • Attend client sessions (in-person or hybrid) and provide in-the-moment direction
