Ability to work in-person in Eagan, MN (hybrid optional after onboarding). Evening availability (preferred). Preferred Experience supervising BTs and writing treatment plans. Comfortable working in a smaller, fast-growing ABA program. Additional Information Must be able to commute or relocate to Eagan, MN 55121. Qualifications

Responsibilities

- •Assist with regular audits to ensure we are in compliance
- •Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure correct implementation of treatment protocols
- •Conduct assessments (FBA, preference assessments, skill assessments) and summarize findings clearly
- •Create and update BIPs and skill acquisition programs
- •Review data and graphs to make data-driven decisions
- •Provide parent training on ABA principles and behavior strategies
- •Attend client sessions (in-person or hybrid) and provide in-the-moment direction
- •Maintain timely documentation and follow all clinical/insurance requirements
