Position: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) / Behavior Technicians (BT)
Location: Port St Lucie, Florida

Pay: Competitive ($20 To $25 Hourly)

Little Rays ABA is hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians to staff cases across Florida! Be part of a growing team thats dedicated to transforming lives through high-quality ABA services for children with autism.

What You'll Do:
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children as guided by a BCBA.
• Help clients develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record and track progress through data collection.
• Partner with families and team members to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications:
• RBT certification preferred (but not required training support available!).
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
