Founded in 2020, our organization has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality ABA services while supporting clinicians with manageable caseloads and flexible supervision models.

We are currently hiring Independent Contractor BCBAs to support evening clients through a hybrid model that is primarily telehealth.

This role is ideal for BCBAs looking for flexible evening hours, a small caseload, and the ability to conduct most supervision remotely.

Position Details

Position: Hybrid BCBA (Independent Contractor)
Schedule: Evening availability preferred
Typical Hours: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Service Model:
• Approximately 75% Telehealth Supervision
• Monthly in-person supervision visits required to meet payer requirements

Caseload:
• Small caseload based on availability
• Typically 2–5 clients

Compensation

$110 per billable hour

Responsibilities

The BCBA will provide clinical oversight and supervision for assigned cases including:
• Conduct behavioral assessments when required
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Conduct telehealth and in-person supervision sessions
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance
• Review and approve session documentation and clinical reports
• Ensure services meet BACB ethical standards and payer requirements

BCBAs serve as the primary clinical contact for their assigned families and work collaboratively with the Clinical Director and clinical leadership team.

Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Current BCBA Certification
• Active Maryland LBA license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Current professional liability (malpractice) insurance
