Schedule Highlights
• Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
• No evenings
• No weekends
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Apply ABA principles to address language, social, and behavioral challenges
• Implement evidence-based interventions grounded in current research
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians using Behavior Skills Training (BST)
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers
• Foster a culture of feedback, mentorship, and continuous clinical improvement
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification required
• Active state licensure (LBA) preferred/required as applicable
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Verbal Behavior and ABA principles
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff
