• Implement behavioral interventions and assist with data collection to track progress.
• Collaborate with educators and other staff to support positive student outcomes within the behavior classroom environment.
• Utilize Skills Based Training (SBT) techniques to enhance student learning and behavior development.
Qualifications:
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience or exposure to Skills Based Training (SBT) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, supportive school setting.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to fostering a positive educational environment.
