How you’ll make an impact in this role
• Evaluate, treat, and provide speech‑language therapy to home health patients using appropriate therapeutic techniques.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, maintain clinical documentation, and follow performance improvement guidelines.
• Support discharge planning and connect patients with appropriate community or support programs.
What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Drivers License credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles (IL-DMV) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking
• Bachelors in Speech Pathology required.
• Experience in geriatric and home health strongly preferred.
• Flexible hours - Paid per visit.
