What You’ll Do:
• Lead day-to-day clinic operations for the Chicago location, including supervising clients
• Own scheduling efficiency, staffing coordination, and clinic flow
• Ensure the clinic is fully operational, organized, and family-ready each day
• Supervise and develop front desk, scheduling, and administrative staff
• Oversee the clinical environment to ensure safe, structured, and well-supervised client care throughout the day in partnership with clinical leadership
• Partner closely with clinical leadership to support seamless service delivery and appropriate client supervision ratios
• Reduce cancellations, improve utilization, and eliminate operational bottlenecks
• Serve as a key point of contact for families and operational escalations
• Oversee vendors, facility needs, and overall clinic environment
• Support growth initiatives, including onboarding new clients and expanding capacity
What We’re Looking For
• BCBA certification in good standing
• 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare, clinic, or multi-site operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive accountability
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
