Job Description
duals with serious mental illness through individual & group counseling, community support, as well as psychiatric treatment. This program is part of a larger behavioral health system that includes crisis services, adult intensive services/residential services, forensic behavioral health and substance use treatment.We are seeking creative and dedicated individuals to provide care coordination, crisis support, and counseling services.
This position works out of our Central Public Health Center, located in Wheaton, IL. This is a 37.5-hour-per-week position with possible flexibility within week. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, four days of the week, and 10:30 am-7:00 pm one day a week.
Depending on experience, the salary range for this position is as follows:
- Master's degree & license (LSW, LPC): $51,075 to $65,000
- Clinical License (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT): $59,240 to $69,940

Responsibilities
• Utilizes evidence-based practices to provide outpatient psychotherapeutic and counseling to individuals and groups
• Manages client caseload and maintains regular contact with clients
• Provides diagnostic assessments, and develops treatment plans to determine the frequency, duration, and intensity of treatment
• Provides referrals to community resources and monitors service delivery across providers in order to promote successful whole health treatment outcomes
• Maintains accurate and compliant documentation and clinical records
• Maintains required training, licensure and/or certification and confidentiality of privileged information at the same time adhering to client privacy laws
• Participates in emergency response activities as assigned
Requirements
Completion of a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field and two years of experience with chronically mentally ill population; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
The candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have good knowledge of community resources and the ability to work collaboratively with service providers.
This position requires an LCSW or LCPC or be eligible to test for clinical licensure.
