Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of behaviors
• Developing and implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offering consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to support behavior strategies
• Monitoring progress through data collection, analysis, and thorough documentation
• Collaborating with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and participating in meetings to ensure cohesive support for students
Ideal candidates will possess:
• Active BCBA certification from a recognized board
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings, demonstrating familiarity with educational environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams and facilitate positive outcomes for students
The full-time schedule consists of 37.5 hours per week within a supportive school environment dedicated to addressing diverse student needs.
