liClinical staff will provide you with supervision, ongoing coaching, and professional development opportunities as you accumulate your clinical/supervision hours./li

liWorks under supervision to provide direct therapy to a team of 4-6 clients following client treatment plans ensuring goals and objectives are being met/li
liDocuments therapy services accurately and timely (e.g., daily treatment notes, data collection, reporting parent and Partners In Excellence communications and client information)/li
liAbility to read written treatment directions, collect numeric data, and write progress notes/li
liIn order to effectively fulfill the duties of a BT, you will have access to protected health information (PHI) of many of Partnersrsquo; Clients. - •liWorks under supervision to provide direct therapy to a team of 4-6 clients following client treatment plans ensuring goals and objectives are being met/li
- •liDocuments therapy services accurately and timely (e.g., daily treatment notes, data collection, reporting parent and Partners In Excellence communications and client information)/li
- •liAbility to read written treatment directions, collect numeric data, and write progress notes/li
- •liIn order to effectively fulfill the duties of a BT, you will have access to protected health information (PHI) of many of Partnersrsquo; Clients
- •It is your responsibility to be fully knowledgeable of Partners in Excellencersquo;s Privacy Policies and Procedures and to report any violations to their direct and/or clinical supervisor (see Partnersrsquo; Policies and Procedures ndash; HIPAA)
- •It is the responsibility of the BT to protect Partnersrsquo; Clientsrsquo; privacy at and away from work/li
- •liCompletes the required technical training and participates in ongoing training opportunities/li
- •liRedirects, intervenes, observes, and monitors client behaviors/li
- •liAbility to problem solve and make appropriate decision/li
- •liEffective communication skills with parents, co-workers, and supervisors/li
- •liDemonstrates dependability and consistency in therapy and other job-related activities/li
- •liCommunicates daily progress and client concerns to the appropriate staff members/li
- •liOrganizes and cleans clientsrsquo; space and equipment/li
- •liAssists in keeping the facility safe, organized, sanitary, and guides others to do the same/li
- •liAssists clients with personal care including dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, food, nutrition, and diet needs/li
- •liAbility to lift fifty (50) pounds/li
- •liAttends and participates in meetings/li
