What You’ll Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to:
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Support clients in building new skills and reducing challenging behaviors
• Collect and document accurate behavior data and session notes
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent, effective care across environments
What We’re Looking For
• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a passion for helping others
