Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive acute, chronic, and preventative care to patients across all life stages: pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and more
• May provide obstetric care (with appropriate privileges from St. Peter's Health Partners or Ellis Medicine) and perform procedures such as D&Cs and colposcopies
• Lead and support a team of nurses, NPs, PAs, and other medical staff, offering medical supervision and guidance
• Develop diagnostic and treatment plans for patients, ensuring the highest quality of care
• Educate and guide patients and their families on health management and wellness

Compensation
• $10k Sign-On Bonus for new hires paid in full after 18months of employment
• Quarterly Incentives up to $3500
