YOUR DAY AS A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST - BCBA

You start your morning aligning with your team, then dive into FBAs, transform insights into individualized BIPs, and set measurable goals that balance behavior reduction with meaningful skill building; throughout the day you review data trends, coach RBTs, support classroom strategy, provide parent training, and make timely, evidence‑based adjustments so each student's plan stays effective, compassionate, and results‑oriented.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST - BCBA
• Experience with children with special needs (hands‑on)
• Consistent availability Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM in Winter Haven, FL
• Experience leading FBAs/BIPs, supervising RBTs, and facilitating parent training (preferred)
