Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

What You'll Be Doing
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Reviewing data and making clinical decisions that help clients reach meaningful goals
• Supervising and mentoring RBTs
• Partnering with families and caregivers to create lasting change
• Collaborating with other professionals to support client success
• Completing documentation and treatment authorizations accurately and on time
• Helping shape a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented company culture
What You Bring
• Current BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• A genuine passion for helping others
