Greet and welcome patients and visitors to our facility in a warm and friendly manner.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized environment for patients and staff.
Accurately collect and document patient information, including medical history and vital signs.
Prepare and maintain examination and treatment rooms for patient appointments.
Assist healthcare providers with procedures and treatments as needed.
Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
Perform basic laboratory tests and handle specimens according to established protocols.
Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Assist with patient education and provide appropriate resources as needed.
Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits as directed by healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care.
Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors.
Uphold the values and mission of Sutter Health in all interactions and activities.
Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the healthcare field.
Take initiative to identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact patient care.
