RBT (Registered Behavior Technician- Entry Level Position)

ave evening, Saturday and daytime hours available. Also we work around YOUR schedule!! You could even work as little as 15 hours per week or as much as 38-40. We do require 2 evenings of availability per week (4pm-8pm), as well as 2 Saturday sof availability per month (9am-5pm)

The position starts at $19.00 per hour upon passing the RBT certification. We provide self-paced training to facilitate passing the required test. The RBT certification is a requirement of the job, however we will walk you through the entire process, step-by-step! We also provide performance reviews for potential pay raises!

Job Responsibilities:

Implement direct therapy using ABA principles
Data collection
Implement behavior strategies
Participate in team meetings
Assist with activities of daily living (e.g. toileting, tooth brushing, meal times, etc.)
Requirements:

High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Pass a background check
Position requires the ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 40 pounds, physically prompt clients, and the ability to move quickly from one location to another to support the client and staff. In addition, transitioning from seated position on the floor to standing, squatting, kneeling, twisting, bending, and reaching.
Have access to internet, Whatsapp and email
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certified (we will train at no cost to you)
RBT credentialed within a month (we will pay for the first time you test)
At least 18 years of age
Read, write and speak English clearly at an 8th grade level or above

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
