About Compleat KiDZ
Compleat KiDZ is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic providing comprehensive, team-based care for children with Autism and their families. Our collaborative model supports meaningful progress and long-term relationships.
Position Summary
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides one-on-one ABA services to children, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Services are delivered in our pediatric therapy clinics under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Lead RBTs support clinic operations and staff development while maintaining high treatment integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans as written by the BCBA
Collect and communicate session data and relevant family information
Support clinic operations, scheduling awareness, and daily workflow
Assist with RBT onboarding, training support, and treatment integrity
Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment
Qualifications
Active RBT certification
CPR and First Aid certification
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Flexibility to support clinic needs and occasional schedule changes
Ability to pass a background check
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
