Your Role:
• Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Support families through parent training and consistent communication
• Work Environment: This role takes place in clients’ homes. Team members must feel comfortable entering client homes and neighborhoods within their assigned territory.
What You Bring:
• 1+ year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Akron
• Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course before starting
• Ability to pass the RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you prepare)
• Active RBT certification is a plus
• Willingness to commute to assigned learners
• Must speak Nepali
Job Details:
• Part-time: ~15 hours/week
• Pay: $17–$22/hr
