Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism
• NO CASELOADS
- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.
Requirements
• Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• 1 year of experience as a BCBA or closely related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
