Autism Therapist - CBT/BT - Part-Time
ABA Centers of Washington
Bellevue / Redmond / Kirkland, WA
CBT: Starting rate of $32.00 per hour
RBT: Starting rate of $30.00 per hour
BT: Starting rate of $28.00 per hour
What You'll Do
Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track progress and maintain quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Support Operations
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
Requirements
Required
• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
Preferred
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services
Position-Specific Items
• Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40‑hour paid training program over two consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting, and pass the RBT exam within 45 days
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting
• Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
