• Collect and maintain data on client progress
• Assist with communication systems (AAC, PECS, ASL)
• Support daily living and self-care routines
• Collaborate with clinical staff and families
• Respond to behavioral challenges appropriately
Requirements
• High school diploma
• WA driver’s license; reliable, insured transportation
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Experience with children (personal or professional)

• CBT/RBT certification
• Experience in ABA, special education, or direct support roles

Responsibilities
- •Enthusiastic, compassionate individuals who enjoy working with children and people with disabilities to help them build independence and communication skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- •Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:15 am–2:10 pm; Friday 7:15 am–12:40 pm
- •Location: Washington State (travel between client sites required)
