What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, or community settings
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track client progress and accurately record session data
• Support skill development through positive reinforcement strategies
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families

Qualifications
• Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• At least 1 year of experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
